This timber vegetable planter is ideal for growing all types of vegetables, particularly deep rooted ones such as carrots and potatoes.
The generous depth gives ample space for the compost needed to successfully grow root vegetables.
It allows you to grow a wide range of vegetables and has the added advantage of being on legs and raised off the ground so there is no need to bend down for planting and harvesting.
The "manger" style planters looks great in any kitchen garden or patio and are designed so that deep root vegetables can be planted in the centre and more shallow ones at the side such as herbs and lettuces.
