Product care
This item is made from pressure treated wood. The wood may show signs of the treatment upon delivery. A Green tint and or signs of crystallisation (green or black specks) on the surface of wood may be evident. This is normal and will clear with use and exposure to the elements over time. Pressure Treated products should not be painted for the first 3 months.
Please note that Wood is a natural product and splits and cracks may be present on delivery or will appear over time. This is due to changes in temperature and humidity causing the timber to expand and contract. This is to be expected and is normal and is not a cause for concern. This will not affect the strength or durability of your timber product.
If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
