Delivery
Your plaque will be delivered seperately from the furniture and may arrive before or after. Fitting instructions will be included.
Font & letter design
The choice of font really depends on the size of plaque and amount wording as we have to maintain minimum tool sizes as part of the milling process.
If there's a specific font or style you'd like, please let us know.
Lettering is deeply engraved into the surface and then infilled with black paint.
Logo engraving
Send us a copy of your logo with details of the plaque size and any other engraving - we'll take a look to ensure we can accommodate it and confirm before proceeding.
Fitting
Your plate is supplied drilled with a set of nickel plated screws. If you prefer without holes, please let us know.
Cleaning and aftercare
Our plaques are crafted from the finest anodised aluminium sheet which is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The plaque doesn't need polishing, just a wipe over to clean up every now and again.

Please note, due to the size and weight of some of our wooden items, delivery is only available to Mainland England, Wales & Scotland.
For delivery to the following areas, please contact us before ordering, as a small delivery charge may apply:
Isle of Wight - Areas North of Dundee, Perth & Inveraray - Grampian Mountains, Aberdeen, Inverness & the Highlands.
Unfortunately, due to courier transport restrictions, delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands and Islands of Scotland is NOT available.
About our Pressure Treated Solid Wood Products
Pressure treatment of our solid wood products is made in the factory before any processing. Despite of this, signs of this treatment may still be visible in the wood upon delivery. A Green tint and or signs of crystallisation (green or black specks) on the surface of wood may be evident. This is normal and will clear with use and exposure to the elements over time. Some wet or damp spots may also be visible due to the way our items are packed for transport. This will dry in a couple of days.
Pressure Treated products should not be treated with any other treatment product for the first 3-6 months to allow the wood settle into the new environment.
Please note that Wood is a natural product and splits and cracks may be present on delivery or will appear over time.
This is due to changes in temperature and humidity causing the timber to expand and contract. This is to be expected and is normal and is not a cause for concern. This will not affect the strength or durability of your timber product. As a industry wide rule, any wood split that is less than 2mm (thickness of a 2p coin) is not classified as a fault. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
