This is a tremendous robust product and looks handsome. After an initial problem with delivery and my holiday timing, patiently resolved by your staff, the chair arrived with 36 hours! It took 2 elderly ladies about an hour to assemble. TIP... tap the plugs in gently with a hammer and screw driver to ensure they are fully inserted before trying to connect the bolts.
